About Our Buyouts
The buyout is the quickest option for clearing your home or business. If you simply do not have time to for us to stage a sale, or if your HOA or community will not allow a Traditional or Online Estate Sale, we can simply buy your sale items for a flat fee. This is our third most profitable option.
After we do our free walk-through of your premises and view your sale items, we'll make you an offer for all the items we'd like to purchase. (Usually this will depend on their potential resale value.) Then we'll provide you with a flat fee offer. If you accept our offer, we will remove all those items and give you a check within a week. Again, for an additional fee we can have unsaleable items removed for donation, recycling, or disposal. If any items are donated, you will receive receipts for tax deductions. You may request an estimate for this service if you wish, or simply ask us to see that it's done.
